According to Law no. 677/2001, you have the right to access, the right to intervene on data, the right not to be subjected to an individual decision and the right to take legal action. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request data erasure*. Medical International Rescue Association guarantees the security and confidentiality of data hosted and transmitted through its computer system. Any visitor can choose to donate an amount of their choice. This can be done on www.medical-rescue.org, in the Donate section.

You will be redirected to a secure payment page where you can enter the amount you wish to donate, then on the next page you will enter the details of the card with which the payment is made.

Donations are non-refundable and the user agrees that they can be used by the Association exclusively for the purposes of the Medical International Rescue project.


Any complaint related to the access, use or registration on our website will be communicated directly to us, either by email at contact@medical-rescue.org or by phone at 0735 553 100.

Your complaint will be registered and you will receive a written reply, within 5 working days, to the email address mentioned at the time your complaint was brought to our attention.

The visitor agrees not to make these complaints public (on social networks, media, discussions at private parties or in any other way) or else he/she will be subjected to the payment of damages for the image damage caused to the Medical International Rescue Association by these actions.
